Most folks don’t notice. I have had half a beard for 6 years total. It is super funny when friends ask “did you get interrupted shaving this morning?” It is golden pointing out that it has always been there. It was never a secret.
Or parents of kids I teach every week who punish the kid for lying all week about my beard to find out that they were in fact telling the truth 7 days later.
