Need Answers

Had deviated septum surgery Sept 25th 2020, after splints were removed I got ringing in my ears and pressure in head, neck. ENT Dr says it has nothing to do with my surgery I have been to his office multiple times plus ER and insta care had MRI done and no one can find anything wrong with me. I'm frustrated cause I read on here I'm not the only one going through this and it happened to others after surgery as well
