        @Robster Yes it was a short lived episode, tested positive for COVID at the end of August there- wondering if it was a bit of backlash from that? Back to baseline tinnitus now!

        Hi @PugDog1 which was your surgery outcome for your ETD? I have ETD mainly from sinus problems, and two doctors have recommended me surgery. I think it is a good option. How was your experience? Best!

      @PugDog1 - need advise on how to recover from low level of vitamin b12. Which brand is best and what is optimal dosing? My physician recommends 1000mcg per day for 3 months or b12 injection once a week.

        I have no idea, I got an injection every 4 weeks to bring mine back up and then just supplemented it! I don’t have the paperwork to tell you exactly what dosage I had!

      FESS done, T was SUPER quiet for about a week and a half. Now having a post op infection got pain, can’t hear and T is LOUD !
