All the coloured noises don't help my tinnitus. I've found a soft fan sound on low speed has worked best for me.

I’ve yet to see a single person for whom it did work.

Try the sound of crickets.

During the first month or so I thought white and pink k noise were working but quickly that disappeared. I agree with @Bill Bauer "Crickets" work really well. In moderation. Best of Luck

It feels like the colored sounds do work for me to some extent, but it's not exactly the most pleasant thing to listen to either. I echo the above in the sense that less artificial sounds like fans or crickets are great. Rain is great for me.
