Has anyone noticed that sugar makes T louder or more active?

The guys are camping, it helps to have some quiet time without worrying about noise levels.

This is so hard on loved ones.

My kid raised his voice near my ear while I was bent over, I've been worried ever since. This is how all this started for me.

Had a normal day like Pre-Covid, Pre-Tinnitus/Hyperacusis. It was nice to be out all day, but challenging at times with ear concerns.

Can a knowledgeable person explain to me the different ratings between ear muffs, ear plugs and musician's ear molds?

Praying for a better day for all of us today. My goal is to move back into my normal life as much as possible and checking in once a day.

Made a date to walk with my friend and I mostly stayed off the internet today. It was a better day!

Do most programs have subtitles? I'm watching El Cid in Spanish. I thought the captions can help with language and hyperacusis. :-D

For a little while today the constant high pitched ringing sounded more like static.

Rough morning, seems like the hyperacusis is more sensitive for a few hours when I wake up.

Does anyone's T sound like a cross between high frequency static and sizzling bacon?

Time to get back to writing educational resources! Maybe I'll write one about the auditory system and how to protect it!
