My T changes both tone and pitch constantly throughout the day and even the hour. I have 3 or 4 tones too. Try not to worry/stress about it. I believe it's completely natural with T. How long have you had it now? Just recently, mine is starting to settle. I'm 9 months in. <3
Tinnitus is like your first crush, the one who broke your heart. After the breakup you might encounter him/her again, by chance somewhere. Your heart would beat as fuck. But time passes and feelings weaken; maybe they do not disappear completely, but you get to a point where a new encounter does not produce any tangible reaction. And this happens because time does its job, and you do yours too:
@Steph1710 I've had it for 5 years but only noticeable in the last 6 months. I do fluctuate on a daily basis, but I was to the point where the fluctuations were predictable. This new pitch threw me for a loop but I know I'll get used to it eventually.
