My T once again ruined my evening.. was doing well for 2 days and now it’s back to torment me.

Came out of my room and picked up my weights again. This is progress. :)

Better day today, found comfort in doing my schoolwork with my bedroom window open.

Spent 3 hours crying in my room from frustration. At least the tears mask the sound..

I want my life back.. I was doing so good. What on earth happened?
