In 2018, just a few weeks after I got tinnitus, I also had food poisoning from eating some chicken filets that I didnt cook properly. I lost 5-6 kg from that. Not a pleasant experience.

Interesting, people with inflammatory conditions tend to feel better (joint and pain wise) when they have food poisoning. Inflammation goes down in the absence of inflammatory foods, maybe?
