@Kriszti , I actually didn't research this at all so I'm doing 24 hrs on/24 hrs off. If I don't notice anything in a month I will prob stop.
I think it being predicated on autophagy of damaged tissues you'd likely have to push longer than that for results, but that's just a hunch.
@Kriszti , I haven't noticed any benefits at this point but I'm going to keep doing it for a month or two and see.
