      Hey mate! I don’t know if you even have an account with this anymore as I hope you have moved on with your life and are feeling well. Like you I have had health anxiety my entire life, IBS, benign facial Latino syndrome, palpitations. All of which I’ve conquered and gotten better with through therapy. I’m hoping this is the same case. How are you feeling these days?

        How do I message you? I was surprised in that in 2014 I went through the same thing you did with BFS...seemed the end of my world, depression,insomnia, it passed and no longer bothers me. A month ago tinnitus became the issue. While I am 50 and do have some hearing loss - I lean towards the theory that my tinnitus is like yours.
