I never altered my diet because of tinnitus. What caused yours?

Never eat them at all. I do eat a slice of cake or salad dressing on holidays.

I try and avoid sodium and sugar like the plague, although not always successful in doing do.

I don’t like burgers. Pizza is okay - wouldn’t choose to eat it. I actually love Mexican food! It’s simply the best! :D

@Sayeed that being said, I had butter with popcorn which I hadn't had in 7 months. My son wanted to watch a movie at home and wanted popcorn, so I obliged for Mother's Day!
