After listening an audio, huge new tone in t, H is so bad thar brush teeth, eating makes my 24/7 pain even stronger... Oh god...

There was a drill in the roof behind my house and in front too, for like 3-4h, after that even with muffs and plugs any sound I hear hurts, typing on my phone hurts lol @RishRamsey
It’s things like these that are the worst nightmares for us H sufferers. Like how the hell are we supposed to protect from these. Construction can happen anywhere :/
