I'm sorry, I swear I'm like a loud noise magnet. It's very isolating bc loud noise is everywhere. Even in places designated to be peaceful. I haven't ran at my local track bc a motorbike and car group like to mingle near there and rev around. Hope you are ok.

Ugh that is so terrible, so sorry to hear that! I was recently walking with my bf and a loud car approached, as I plugged my ears it revved extra loud. People can be really mean:(

Im a loud noise magnet aswell. I ran out of NAC and it is not available where i live so i took a high dose of magnesium. Hopefully i will be ok

Martin, it's the same where I live. Every other vehicle of every description is well over 100 decibels. I hate them.. And with the 4th of July around the corner, here come the nightly firecrackers. How are your ears doing? David's t mix definitely helps me btw...
