It is! The weather became so hot, so quickly that our power system is threatening rolling power outages to conserve energy.
What country has no A/C? I think you can buy an A/C in any country. They have portable units and split units available.
@ajc Most buildings here do not have A/C, except for some supermarkets and drugstores. Getting a unit for my home doesn’t change the fact that there’s no A/C at work or at school.
When I lived in Mexico and Turkey neither had air conditioning. I'm not sure how I did it, other than I was younger. :-)
