    @Rudedog205 Did you "feel" that the sound was "too loud" even though you had hearing protection? If not, don't worry about it. And even if you did, in my experience, my big setback in hyperacusis came after 2 hours of talking rather than a one off sound.

    My experience is that with muffs it’s just anxiety for a little while. The shock wave of sound is pretty well blocked even if you feel it’s loud. I would worry more about the next bark without:D

    @Stacken77 It definitely felt to loud and caused a bit of a spike in tinnitus I might just be being paranoid and on edge about this whole thing as its seemed to have gone away by now I don't really know what a set back looks like exactly
