I’m doing well but I can’t tell if my T has gotten worse? When I listen to it I genuinely don’t remember if this is how it’s always sounded

I accidentally locked the A/C settings & cold air has been BLASTING. BUT its perfect for masking my T 24/7. I'm freezing but happy! Haha!

Been very well!!! yet sad about the world opening up bc of pressure as a young person to go out & "party". BUT no T or VS issues these days!

I don't know what to do. I don't know if this alarm thing will cause permanent damage. I can't move off campus. ResLife isn't answering.

funniest part abt my T and VSS is that neither really bother me & i know i can adjust. its just never knowing when/how they might get worse.

@Kriszti yes youre absolutely right. my T doesn't bother me at all - thats why it was so scary! but it has gone back down to baseline. I'm glad that I can learn from this to not be so anxious when i have a spike :)

Pretty uncomfortable with this forum. It seems pretty toxic and negative, and I usually feel worse after using it. Trying to avoid it now

I hear you @pinkrose16, I don't blame you one bit. I get it, but I still seem to come back several times a week. I've learned to simply keep scrolling on those negative post. I follow several people here but they are those that tend to be supportive. I will say this. You'll need those success stories to get you through this. I'm not where I want to be, but I'm not were I was. Hang in there and God Bless.

Well said @Eloy Resendez Jr I have found the ignore button particularly useful in dealing with people that are a persistant annoyance. They do not help or support anyone they just like to argue and be negative....

No concert is worth the torture of increased permanent tinnitus.
