        It’s been alright. I think the physical symptoms are slowly getting better. The ringing still there, but doesn’t bother me (except when i’m scared it’ll get worse)

        I can't live my life in fear that it will get worse. I'm on vacation right now, and I still go to beaches and rivers but with ear plugs. It's been 3 days of vacation and I'm surviving! :D

      @PortugalTheMan yes, thankfully I sleep just fine with a fan on. just got told by the ENT i might have ear migraines- not confident in this

        I can sleep without a fan, and so can you :)
        I have no choice because it is bilateral and now I sleep many hours in silence.

      @PortugalTheMan sometimes it irritates me greatly and makes me feel sick. i discovered i had sphenoid sinusitis and tmj, 2 possible causes

        @asquared122 these two causes are treatable. But we cannot rule out some acoustic damage.

        my static T only shows up on good days. on other days I have multiple sounds in my ears. what is your cause of your t?
