- Cause of Tinnitus:
- Probably stress
It started in 2012, under much stressful situation at job. Which I kept, just changed position to a calmer role. First I thought I'd have a heart attack. Then, reading a bit, realized it's an ear buzz at appx 15kHz. Constant. Sometimes I feel it gets stronger when drinking alcohol after sports but then again, in the morning, it's also perceived loud. Being concentrated on something, I'm not aware of the noise. So usually we consciously "meet" when in quiet at home. Can live with it but I'm afraid because I feel it's getting louder. Still didn't try hyperbaric therapy. Probably too late. Planning accupuncture but I'm not as kean it will do anything good. Tried some supplements given by doctor as he said it might be a microcirculation problem. I do a lot of tennis and golf so I get a lot of relax and movement. Still, it gets worse, gradually. Afraid I will lose my hearing. Mom does use a hearing aid by now. We'll see.Interact
