Amber / St. John's wort (there were quite a couple of names provided in English - in German the plant is called Johanniskraut) is a natural anti-depressant. It should be available without prescription (pills or tea).
If you are on oral birth control, make sure to switch to a physical kind of protection since Johanniskraut messes with the pill / makes it useless.
