I had everything you wrote. Now, after almost two years, my pain hyperacusis is mostly gone, tinnitus is still there, but I hear it only in a quiet room, or, sometimes he disappears for couple of hours even, TTTS is still there but not that severe as it used to be, distortions are completely gone. I hope this makes you feel better.

I have all of this + Visual Snow and currently I got fluctuating vision :(

It is one hell of a ride, I know. I still read success stories time after time and try to stay away from negative threads.
