Try to avoid quiet rooms use low level sound enrichment.

We live in a strange and noisy world with sounds and vibrations bombarding us 24/7. I lifetime ago I lived on a farm with neighbours so far away you could only see the smoke of their chimneys - god, I miss the peace and quiet we had back then...

@Michael Leigh, I still struggle with the whole, "avoid quiet rooms with sound enrichment" and "I may have damaged my hearing with "sound".... I haven't found that balance since my new spike.

You haven't damaged your hearing Flet. I don't advise you to meditate on your tinnitus.
