It slowly ramped up as expected. A really loud bomb outside my house got me worried. It was damn loud even at a long range. I feel H was immediately affected.
@Freerunner I joined the club. A firecracker exploded when i was walking tonight with my husband. I also had half an hour of silence in the morning. Now it't all gone.
@AbeS Dang, that's a very interesting observation! I think it too stopped around the time I began sleeping with protection (which was when it became very reactive). Thanks for sharing!
@AbeS Mine became reactive in Feb last year during two weeks where I either: took an anti-anxiety med (Atarax/Hydroxyzine), or began depriving myself of sound 24/7. I personally believe the deprivation was the culprit. After 2 weeks, a toilet flush was too loud for my loudness H. The spikes always went to baseline though. Then, after a 2 hour conversation, tolerance dropped further, and my spikes could be permanent.
