How is the thumping going? How are your ears?

Hello. I have the same problem. My left ear would start thumping after burping and stretching when i wake up suddenly in the middle of the night. I was just wondering if yours got any better. Thankyou

I have the same problem as you with sporadic thumping in year
I have ringing for over 10 years but 4 years back this thumping started and i followed open burping it some how went away and it started again from past 3 months .

Do you have a solution ?? It would be great and helpful

Did you figure out the MEM issue? I'm struggling bad. Does your sound like a low frequency 40-60hz maybe, viberating type viberation? Intermittent like it's pulsing but can become inflammed and get more intense in the viberation sound and more of a continuous tone when it gets bad?

Does driving aggravate it or wearing plugs?
