Hi, still on some antianxiety drugs, but much lower dose. My T did not worsen since 2015 when it started, actually it went down a bit vs onset (I would rate 50% reduction)

Very happy to hear u had a reduction! What Antianxiety meds are u on if u don’t mind me asking? I just started propranolol (off label anxiety) but it’s helped my reaction for sure

Last summer I switched to doxepine and fluanxol (combination to mimic deanxit which is not available in Poland where I live)

Oh wonder if that’s available in the US that’s what De Ridder recommends right? Can you operate ok on it or do u feel zombified?

No clue about availability in US, i get it in Poland. I function ok on it and I manage to sleep decent 7-8h each night
