Tomorrow 3 months, not a single sign of fading or getting better at all, not worse at least.

Should I adopt a dog? I live alone so it'd be something good but who knows.

I've had good sleep recently. I think habituation is starting to develop. I don't want to take meds for this.

I'm feeling specially low today, how many times I will have to experience a permanent spike in my life? Trying to have faith.

I had a permanent spike in november, I think it is permanent because yesterday I had the first real spike, it lasted 1 minute or so.

even if I habituate, I still have hope and faith this would go away.

Trying to get over it.
