Hi! Sorry for the delay, I'm just now reading my messages. It's been about 15 months for me. I'm much better. I rarely get upset about the T and H, but it does happen occasionally. I will say that I hear it every day still, but time will pass when I am busy and I forget about it. I did start a new job and went back to graduate school. My hyperacusis is better. In the beginning, it was completely debilitating.

No worries so very happy to hear that! I am doing better at month 3 of T & H.

Do you not get sensitivity at all now….or does it still go up and down….

Hi @Eleanor89, I do still have sensitivity and wear earplugs, but my ability to tolerate most sounds is much better. I still do not saturate myself in loud sounds, but I do not walk in fear like I did before.
