      Are you still on Testosterone replacement therapy? Did starting Testosterone make your tinnitus noticeably worse?

        Hi there, I’ve only just seen this. I am not on TRT anymore. The tinnitus only started when after 10 days on TRT. I never had tinnitus at all before the TRT.
        My tinnitus is idiopathic, I believe that somehow the TRT (which consisted of testosterone cypionate and hcg) triggered the tinnitus via an unknown neuro endocrinological process.
