I'm not sure if it was caused by marijuana or about 10 other possibilities, but no. It's gotten quite a bit worse. Hanging in here though, but just barely.

I'll just say, hang in there! I'm rootin' for ya. Life will be good again for both of us.

Thanks @Mumbo I appreciate the encouragement I’ve been stuck in a panic attack all day and going to try Hydroxyzine tonight to calm down and for sleep wish me luck!

Good luck :) Does Hydroxyzine work for sleep? I'm averaging around 2 hours a night for a month and I think it's really starting to weigh heavily on my health. Ambien isn't working like it did the first few nights.

I had a particularly rough day, made worse by the inability to escape it even a little. Reactive tinnitus is the worst because nothing seems to mask it. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
