@aura thanks. I am losing hope after 17 months. I started with severe catastrophic T, so happy for the improvement but still praying I can get to

only hearing in quiet like some lucky people or silence again! But just hearing in quiet I'd be effing happy with at this point lol

@LostinTX 14 months here. And this is my second time. It takes quite some time to get used to it.

always heard mine but could ignore it. cant ignore it anymore though =(

All Day.. Every Day. Only if I get super duper distracted does my brain even stop thinking about T. It can be tiring for sure.. I used to think habituation meant being able to completely ignore it. At least the Fight or Flight is mostly gone with depression managed. Only in quite room T would be nice.

@aura thanks, did your volume go down until it was out of your perception?

@aura what was yours like 10 years ago the tone?

I have three different sounds in my ears, one of them high pitched and the others like a steam locomotive"

Anyway,even though I struggled a lot back then it was a walk in the park comparing to what I have now. My T wasn't reactive and I didn't have H back then. Now I have around 6-7 tones.

@aura mines awful to its same both ears and wavering tones in silence fills my head

@Hottopic29 I also had a spike after ENT tests, but it got better after a time...
