Hi Fangen, do you still play league ? I am playing the game with no sound because it bothers me and I want to be more cautious about my ears. Does ingame sound bothers you too ?

      Hi Fangen,
It looks like you have habituated. How loud would you say your tinnitus is?
      Thanks

Hi Rish, sorry I took so long to reply - I dont log in too often here anymore. Depends a bit, most of the time I dont hear it unless I think about it but I'd say 5-7 depending on how my body feels (e.g sick? tired?) and I also have reactive tinnitus so sometimes it will feel a lot louder because its reacting to certain sounds but will go back to normal

        Hi Fangen,

No issues. I read some of your posts and just wanted to talk a bit about habituation. If you think about it, can you hear it outside? I ask this because certain of my sounds are causing me great discomfort and wanted to know if it's possible not to hear such tinnitus.

        Thanks!

yo, do you regularly listen to music through headphones? only asking because your t is noise induced? i think.

have you noticed any issues? any spikes, etc

        Hi!
I usually don't but sometimes have it on at like very low volume when I really want to listen to something or a podcast. Usually it is a very short time and it does spike a bit but goes down as soon as I stop. Not had any permanent issues from this but it is important to listen to your ears as we are all different

      Hi, Fangen.
You had T for about 3 years. Have you habituated? Does it bother you.
      Greetings :)

        Hello!
It does still from time to time but it is of course a lot better than when it started.

      Hi,
I was browsing the forum and saw a post of yours about flying. I wanted to ask if you had the chance to fly since, and how it went for you. I am trying to beat my fear of it at the moment (noise induced tinnitus).
