Setback after 2,5 years.. tight and tensed muscles in ear and around cheecks. Tensor tympani ?

Hey. You wrote to me today about popping and fullness in my ears. Cant find a reply button so I post my reply here. I had noise induced tinnitus. I never felt fullness in my ears. I had some popping sounds initially in my ears, the first months following onset of tinnitus. These were irregular, but then stopped.

Still have a blocked and tight feeling after acoustic trauma in and around the ears.... :( Will this get better? :(

Hi Mi1, I can not find a reply button to answer you in my Inbox. Anyway, I never had fullness, tightness but the hearing decreased in my right ear due to the wax buildup. Once the wax was removed, hearing became normal. I usually don't have sinus problems.
