    You've survived 2 years. See it as this. A lot of people having no clue about this and don't even want to talk about it. You did it with six kids and a loud job. Warrior. Keep on and soon you will find relief. As i said, after 3 years T was not a problem anymore, at least for me. Believe in this as hard as you can. Why? Because we simply having no other choice right now.

    @makeyourownluck no ill effects so far since crash. T is a bit more intrusive lately but that's a common affair at this point. Up and Down. With me it all about getting distracted asap upon waking. Keeping my mind busy = sanity.

    Try using Firefox on android, since it allows browser extensions. I tried dark reader on TT for a bit and it seems serviceable.

    I don't know much about Android, but Firefox on iOS has dark mode built in. I use dark reader with Firefox on MacOS and with Safari on iOS.
