        Hi @Jsm_Joestar. The H did go and I’d describe it as intense sharp stabbing pains for me. It seems common for H to clear up in 6 months or so. I hope things get better for you there.

        thanks for the reply. i had mild h for a couple months and it got moderate in march. its alot better after 5 months and i dont really get the stabbing feeling only some burning in my bad ear and some tinnitus spikes.

        Hi @mylesm. The distortions are still there but exist at a much lower level. Yes, they can be annoying, but I’m back to enjoying music and playing guitar.

        Hey @Outlaw. Apologies, I've only just seen this. My distortions have gotten materially better, but they are still there. Hopefully I get further improvements in another 6-12 months.
