Silence and time? Like no noise just try and heal the ears? No low level noise?

My voice started being to loud for my ears. And everytime I raised it I had to talk lower and lower. my breathing and chewing got really really loud in my ears. A horn blew, and a metal stairs door closed, then I started to hear sounds through my earplugs. After that I did a CT scan and the chick yelled in the speaker. Now my own breathing sometimes bothers my ears I can feel the wind in my ears when I breathe in

Clomipramine no I haven't taken anything really scared to raise my T. I have neck pain and nerve pain when speaking. They gave me Lyrica, carbemethazine and flexiril and tanizadine alot of stuff Busiprone and I won't take any of em. But the nerve pain is bad and sensitivity is connected to it. Sometimes I cannot sleep

Then how can I recover I'm going for nerve block injection test today. Otherwise just don't talk forever? My auditory gain is enormous. Sounds hurt this thing
