    Yes, I still have it. But it has improved. For me it seems somehow connected to hyperacusis. As hyperacusis improved also the palinacousis did.

    @xyz it's funny u mentioned that, because prednisone made my ears way more sensitive, and now it's way easier to set mine off, it used to take way louder music for me to take it home. How did yours started? Mine after a gig? Or maybe an ear infection, I do remember I was taking viagra alot before all this happened, but my hearing test came back fine. I'm so lost, how long have you had this for? Me since this June.

    I have had this since 2019. I don't think its drug induced. I did a lot of driving in that year without hearing protection and that did spike my T often and then also gave me ear canal burning/pain hyperacusis. With this also the palinacousis came.

    @xyz I take it you don't use headphones at all, for me it's been a major blow, as I enjoyed listening to music, and was always careful with volume as if the last 2 years. I wonder if it even goes away, if I'll ever be able to resume back normalcy, like music without being worried about it.
