Dude try everything possible, there are medications, try to see the root of the issue and try everything possible. Pills can help with depression. Please reach out for help, don't give up.

Patience is a virtue.

It's because I can't figure out how to get better only worse right now I have nerve pain that keeps me from sleeping, breathing, eating, talking anything sets this thing off even whispering. I have auditory gain ×10 man like if I talk at regular tone it rattles my ear

Also when I breathe out my nose it sounds like a jet engine, everytime I swallow my ears pop very hard and the right one has soreness with it, crackling and popping, the nerve pain goes from my ear and the back of my head, down the neck to my shoulder

when I'm around noise even low level sound more than 1 or 2 I get confused and sleepy brain fog almost. So also my legs have weakness and arms sometimes too so he yes I'm losing patience when I can't even talk without nerve pain and people talk for me and make appointments. Also when I eat I cannot eat anything crunchy or hard rattles my ears and makes em sensitive and when I swallow even soft foods

I can feel the tingling in my throat

For sure is a nightmare and a lot of suffering, but believe me with time it will get better. The issue seems ears take long time to heal.
