Hey bro, are you taking any supplements? You should try anyway if you don't, my body is definitely responding slowly to it. I hope you feel better.
What about TMJ/neck massage? Relaxing the muscles around the ear may help a little, and even if it doesn’t, it feels nice.
Doing that, plus NUCCA and PT @makeyourownluck feel better but I have very severe neck and tmj issues
I see @NYCGuy, no doubt you know how these things go by now. Your anxiety will be increasing muscle tension. Try break the cycle somehow. Easier said than done I know. Do anything you find relaxing/distracting. Really hope it calms down soon.
