        @ZFire yep sure was :( when the attacks happened and when we evacuated n had to stand in line to get on the school bus , i was literally on line adjacent to a classmate who later would go home 2 find out her oldest brother was on 90th floor in the south tower ......YIKES... he was only 23

      Hey @KoolKat! I'm waiting on the Shore device as much as the next person. =( do you have somatic T? What caused your T and how long have you had it? Mine is not somatic and I've had it since November 22. Medication induced.

        I do take Xanax maybe 1-2x/month on really hard days, but the only med. I am taking now consistently is my Methimazole that I need to slow down my hyper thyroid or else I have a crap ton of other issues that are not fun.

        oh wow sorry 2 hear that just be very very careful with xanax ok. Oh and trust me i kno the feeling of not wanting 2 be let down but shores device targets our DCN in the brain, so it at the very least it should dampen it somatic or not. In june we should hear more.Prayers up sis

        I forgot, I am taking Amtriptiline 50mg for sleep too. I never had an issue falling asleep until T. Now I take that every single night.
