Yeah man, I went on vacation and didn’t use earplugs for things bc they weren’t “damaging” that I usually use earplugs for and my tinnitus spiked like crazy. There were loud crickets too which I think irritated my hf T
And then my H started to get worse again after vacation. So I took the opposite approach and started protecting against noises that bothered me and spiked my T. And now my H and T are getting back to normal.
I think most people that heal reactive T and H with sound therapy do bc of time and not pushing to hard coupled with natural healing. Not the actual therapy itself. Why would I blast frequencies of the broken nerve or hair cell with that frequency if it’s irritated. That’s just my 2 cents. @Wrfortiscue
