    That's perfect. That's what I do, more or less. I still feel really stressed out in the first 5 minutes after and I avoid unneccesary loud noise of course, but if it happens I try to move on immediatly and not put too much emphasis on it.

    I try to separate my emotional response from loud noises and T. If I worry or think about getting a spike or increase then I'll perceive it as louder. I'm careful like most around loud noises and exposure though.

    @Lurius It's been helping me mentally a lot! I feel a lot more relaxed and happy. It get fleeting moments of feeling the way I did pre t. Free. Sort of peaceful. I think it's essentially just being free of anxiety of a worsening or the obsession with it.
