I personally don't trust ear drops because they might make things worse by muddying up the wax even more. I would try getting an ENT or neuro-otologist manually clean them with a curette. I'm thankful that I found a good, understanding one that can do that, but I'm sure there are more out there lol.
What's the active ingredient? I've been using an Equate brand of drop with the active ingredient Carbamide Peroxide 6.5%. It does a decent job. Need to use it for a couple days. I find using it before bed and then not using ear plugs allows my body to push the softened wax out over night.
@kingsfan debrox uses carbamide peroxide 6.5% too. I've used it before and had no issues, but this is my first time using it with nox so I'm a little Nervous
@DimLeb I would but honestly I have so much work to do that I really don't have time to go to the ENT. plus there really aren't a lot of good ones in my area :-/
