    @Rockman no none i cant have it go louder.. . Its wierd i fill my ears with sounds then shut them off i get silence for a few minutes.

    @Hottopic29 It might sound odd but turn your negative situation into a positive one. Find a way to lean into it and rise above just coping. It was almost 2 years ago when my T started and it was squealing away, I've had ups and downs since then but luckily it's improved. I'm hopeful yours will too in time.

    @Guywithapug thanks .. ive had t since 2014 .. its been easy last 6 years forgot till i got this nox and super loud tinntius both ears now .. it keeps getting louder

    Alot here say to do ADs but say they had a horrible time coming off and/or it made them worse. I already had ear damage from Zoloft so i dont think meds can always be the answer..IDK... What else can be done to improve or get by until he does?
