Do you still have the buzzing in your head. Mine is in my head buzzing-static 24/7. It’s very loud and can’t hardly sleep even with the fan, sound machine and tv on.

Is magnesium still helping? I’ve been taking a 50mg zinc (400% rda) & 400mg of magnesium (100% rda) in equal parts glycinate, bisglycinate and threonate with little frozen cubes of ginger I bought at the grocery store. But I ran out of ginger a couple days ago and I don’t think the mg’s working as well as it was.

Had to have an mri today. Had them before without issues but this one was WAY louder and a few hours after the mri my T has spiked, freaked.

Anyone else with peripheral neuropathy? Have you found anything that helps? I'm weary of going on drugs like gabapentin etc.

I’m suffering from neuralgia, it’s hellish. If you have issues with sugar levels/diabetes try Benfotiamine. B6, B12, magnesium, vitamin D and Celery juice are also supposed to be good.

In the end though, I gave in and started taking Nortriptyline. I am also paying through the nose for private physio (Im the UK - waiting times are diabolical)
