        This is my 3rd week ive been doing pretty good managing during the day (keeping busy ,white noise ,staying positive..) been taking ativan to sleep at night.and its helping a lot with my anxiety and panick attacks and my reaction to T but today im feeling down and cried a lot..lots of ups and downs...somebody just please tell me that this will get better:(
