      Left ear is acting weird today. Noticing it reacting to almost every sound and it feels like something is misfiring or tapping on aluminum.

      So, rather than thinking it’s my H/reactive tinnitus, I think it’s actually sound distortions to many frequencies. AC, refrigerator, etc…

        There's a certain frequency causing it (or many). I'm noticing it the most during traffic/running cars, running water, high winds, certain instruments, anything mechanical/electrical. This just started on Saturday, so I'm figuring it all out.

        I also work in healthcare. Cardiology and Neurology. I look at my patients and silently scream inside because I need just as much saving as them.
