I get most upset when I think about how I am probably not going to be able to go to a nightclub/fesitval again. There's always hope for recovery though. I'm only late 20s too.

I never saw any improvement until 6 months in. Regained some hearing after 12 months. Still early days for you (even though it doesn’t feel like it)

@SmallRonnie I hope it does but I have a hard time seeing it. It's the small things that make me sad: not being able to focus in group conversations, nature sounds and music not sounding the same. I feel like damaged goods

@makeyourownluck hard to imagine hearing coming back after noise damage...

I am 34 and i am also losing my hearing because of unknown causes. You are not alone in this :)
