Yes I get the pulsing when bending over or getting up too fast from a sitting position or if lying in bed. Nothing though when raising hands above head.

Both. Just tested it out and yeah, it’s a lot worse with muffs on.

Crazy feeling it causes. Muffs push on a certain muscle
