As I went up to maximum of 1.8 mg per day in three divided doses for one month. It decreased my T significantly.
Now again I have come down to 0.30 mg per day after some spike.I think after long time of TPP intake one needs only traces of active TPP .The higher dose exacerbates T.
What is your experience?,why did u decrease dose of TPP, was it because of increase in T.

My experience suggests this .After six months when TPP did not work,1 stopped it for 3 weeks but it had no effect on my T.Then I restarted TPP following your method of diluting the tablet in 200 drops of water.My T decreased almost next day when I started with 1 drop twice a day.I went up to maximum of 1.8 mg per day in three divided doses for one month.

Hi am taking thiamine pyrophosphate of source naturals as suggested by u.i used to break the tablet into 6 parts and took 1 part twice a day.It almost quietened my tinnitus with in few days and also lifted depression etc.Eveything was ok for 6 months. Later again I started having tinnitus which is not so loud but it is bothering.

I searched again your posts in TPP thread and found that you started with very small doses and then reached approximately 4mg per day,and later again you dropped down to 1.96 mg in divided doses.My question is why did you drop down to lower dose ? Did u feel the higher dose also increased tinnitus a bit.

Was your tinnitus noice induced?
