      Hey, I got T 2,5 months ago, I'm 29. I have it in my left ear/head, it's severe, loud, all over the head (crickets and electricity sound), cannot sleep well, wake up every 2 hours or so.
      I read some of your posts, it says you had extremely loud T as well and got habituated. I just need to talk to someone who went through the same as I'm going now.
      How did you habituate? Did you take any meds to help you get there?
