Waiting for neurologist, things take a long time in the UK. I’m on 75mg Nortriptyline, 1200mg gabapentin, 15mg diazepam, tramadol when it gets intense but I try limit that as it makes me feel weird. I don’t like taking all these things

Luckily no effect on tinnitus. Just need something that actually works. I’ve had to go off sick from work the past week and I only just got the job 3 months ago.
